So, the big news is DMZ’s extraction shooter is finally coming back. Honestly, I’m hyped. Remember when they first did that PvE-centric stuff way before Arc Raiders even existed? It was wild how they balanced action with strategy without making it too grindy.
Arc Raiders is cool, no doubt, but DMZ’s approach felt more... *accessible*. You know, like, you don’t need a 100-hour grind to be good. Just smart tactics and quick reflexes. Plus, the maps were tight and the loot system wasn’t as bloated.
Wait, but what about the community? DMZ had that gritty, no-nonsense vibe. Arc’s more polished, but does it feel as *alive*? I’m curious how the devs are handling the return. Will they bring back the old-school mechanics or go full AAA?
Anyone else nostalgic for the original? Or think Arc’s the way to go? Let’s debate!
